| Decription: | Our client is a globally recognized brand in the skin care industry, and they currently have a vacancy for a Chief Financial Officer. This is a family run, manufacturing business. They are looking for an experienced CFO to join their executive team and contribute to their continued growth and success. The ideal candidate will report directly to the CEO and must possess a strong track record of strategic financial leadership, relevant experience, and a proven ability to drive results in a Manufacturing environment. Requirements: • CA(SA) • 10 years of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years in a Finance Management role. • Cosmetics industry experience would be a strong advantage • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data to drive business decisions. • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build relationships with Shareholders, EXCO and various teams. • Experience in Financial Accounting packages (Syspro would be advantageous) • Effective communicator, team player, a motivator, inspirer and a strong people leader.
